Rebrand: Renaissance

Renaissance Electronic Services was once a group of five brands operating as their own distinct businesses, serving the dental market. We performed user research and identified two key brands with equity and two customer segments. We retained two revenue cycle management brands in the new architecture—Renaissance, which addressed dental providers, and Tesia, which addressed insurance carriers.

Our in-house team developed both new visual identities, all of the written content and brand messages for the new Renaissance brand and website, and collaborated with local agency for Tesia’s messaging and site design.

Renaissance’s previous identity employed messaging and imagery that portrayed the company more like a dental provider than a modern SaaS company, confusing both prospects and job seekers.
